Mobility Scooter Baby Carrier

I use a mobility scooter to get around and when my children were small I was unable to take them outdoors independently as I couldn’t ride my scooter and push a pushchair at the same time.
To solve this problem I came up with the idea of using a framed baby carrier. Instead of wearing it on my shoulders I fastened it over the seat of the mobility scooter and fastened the chest strap around the seat to prevent it slipping off. I created more leg room by attaching plumbing pipe clips to some off cuts of 2″ x 2″ wood which braced the frame of the carrier against the back of the seat. Suitable from 6 months to around 2 years.
